Justin enjoys being part of the
referrees for the Keystone
Speed League under the
direction of Mr. Justin Foster. Justin also enjoys helping
other skaters get better at what all skaters love to do....skate
fast and turn left.

Justin Mannon
receives first medal of the 2009 World Championships in Haining City
China. Team USA Junior Men had not medaled since 2005.
Justin breaks the dry spell with 3
bronze medals and 2 world cups. Justin is currently ranked 3rd in
the world on road, and 5th in the world on track for Junior Men ages
13-17.
